Is it Organic?
Organic activists threaten violence and death threats
Organic activists have turned making to death threats.
I was listed as a "Monsanto Collaborator" along with many other good people who support the science of genetic engineering.
The original site was quickly taken down after just 72 hours. But not because the person responsible had a change of heart. To the contrary, it appears that Mike “the Health Ranger” Adams is connected to this, and he refuses to unequivocally condemn any of it, maintaining that people like me are guilty of a crime, the crime of GMO genocide. Click here to see for yourself. Some people have no shame or decency, never mind objectivity.
Here's a screenshot of what the site looked like:
But let's get one thing straight here. I have never defended Monsanto, Bayer, Syngenta, or any biotech corporation. I defend the SCIENCE of genetic engineering, and support the right of any and all individuals and corporations to become involved in developing this vital field of science. That's why I have posted the photo above that clarifies my position on GMOs. I support the SCIENCE of Biotechnology. Not Monsanto. They can take care of themselves for Gosh sake.
I have never worked for Monsanto or any other agricultural corporation. I am 100% independent and proudly so. In fact, I have had more than a few pointed debates with people who work for biotech corporations about how they're failing to defend the science, and appear to care only for preserving their bottom line.
In any case, whoever put this "Collaborator" website up should face the full force of the law. Whatever one thinks about the science of genetic engineering, threatening people with violence and death is clearly crossing the line.
I have reported this to the Federal Bureau of Investigations, and hope they will find whoever did this.
